Allison is a skilled Registered Massage Therapist, and has achieved her 3000-hour diploma from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. Allison completed her 200 Yoga Teacher Training while living on the Greek Island, Kithira. Allison uses numerous modalities in her practice such as Systemic Deep Tissue Massage, Applied Somatics, Thai Massage, Acupressure and Meridian Therapy, Fusion Massage, Cranio- Sacral Massage, Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilization, Manual Lymph Drainage, and Kinesio-taping. She brings close to 25 years of experience as a Therapist, Personal Trainer, Hockey Trainer, and a Yoga Instructor which gives her a unique perspective regarding the mind-body connection.

Laura has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2013. She is a graduate of the 3000 program from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. 

Laura has always valued the ability to be active. In her younger years she played competitive sports to now currently enjoying activities such as weightlifting, golf, and paddleboarding or snowboarding to name a few. 

Through her many years of a working professional, she has witnessed first and second hand how decreased movement and mobility can have painful deteriorating effects on the quality of our life. Laura brings a direct analytical approach that will help point you in the right direction toward decreasing pain or discomfort and improving your health and physical ability.
